Freshly ground wheat and jowari aata

Daana is now a proud owner of a mid size stone mill. What does that mean?
We now have 100% control of the milling process to make our wheat and millet flours.
Since we use a stone chakki, the grains are crushed into flour, unlike the blade based grinders which cut the grain. Makes a big difference in taste.

And the biggest difference?
We grind on demand: Which means the aata you receive has been ground within the last 24 hours. Talk of freshness now, compared to packets sitting in the supermarket for weeks on end.

We at Daana have a meme now: The proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Try it out and tell us.
